Carrie Underwood - Emmys 2013 Red Carpet

Carrie Underwood is classy purple at the 2013 Emmy Awards held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday (September 22) in Los Angeles.

“The amazing @eltonjohndotcom just came to my dressing room to say hi…we talked for a bit. I think I can safely say we’re best friends now!” the 30-year-old country crooner tweeted earlier in the day.

Carrie is scheduled to perform during a tribute to 1963 that will close the s ceremony, which will be hosted by Neil Patrick Harris.
