Gerard Butler may just have found his next role in the upcoming flick Gods of Egypt, according to Deadline!

The 43-year-old actor would star alongside Game of Thrones actor Nikolaj Coster-Waldau in the flick directed by Alex Proyas.

Gerard is in talks to play Set, “a god of the desert, storms, and foreigners in ancient Egyptian religion.” In mythology, Horus sought revenge against Set for killing his father. Horus is the role set to be played by Nikolaj!
