I never watched that show. I watch supernatural and vampire shows cuz I write horror fiction. I’m not into drug shows. I have no interest in Breaking Bad, Modern Family or Mad Men.

@mg: Oh, I like the show a lot; I’m just saying that people have only been paying attention the past year because it was ending. I remember when Bryan Cranston first won the Emmy after the first season and people were so confused! I have a feeling the same will happen with Mad Men.

Breaking Bad is an amazing show because it had good writing, story, directing ,and superb actors. Vince Gilligan was smart to not drag out the series unlike many other television shows. Each episode were relevant to the overall story, down to each scene. It was dark and sad when it needed to be and it was also funny when it needed to be.

EXCELLENT SERIES! @ 09/30/2013 at 9:02 pm

Let me tell ya folks, I should have been watching this show all these years, thru the doggone recession, becausethere have been nothing but horrible films at the cinemas… except for a few. I don’t like any of those stupid, childish vampire shows, but I do watch The Walking Dead. I don’t even like horror, but the way the series is filmed and super acting got me hooked. AMC got a lot of things right. I only started watching Breaking Bad during the marathon. Now, I regret not seeing the entire thing. Talk about GREAT acting and true-to-life events! WOW!!! This is what I want to see on the big screen – art that pertains to real life, stuff that brings out your emotions. I want to “feel” something when I’m watching a movie. This series has done this for me — totally! And I love how it showed perfectly how drug addiction and money can corrupt your soul. Human beings must always have some boundaries… or they become “lost.” The devil will certainly come along and snatch your mind when you give him the opportunity.
