Charlize Theron Has Neck Surgery, Covers Up Scar with Scarf

Charlize Theron leaves a gym with her son Jackson, 22 months, after running some errands on Wednesday (October 9) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 38-year-old actress reportedly recently had “a small procedure” on her neck to fix a vertebrae that she hurt many years ago in an accident, a source told People.

Charlize also covered up her small scar with a high neckline dress at the 2013 Variety Power of Women event last week.

Charlize is supposedly doing “totally fine” after the procedure. We send continually healing wishes to Charlize as she recovers from the surgery!
