'Fifty Shades of Grey' Movie Hires Script Doctor

The highly anticipated movie Fifty Shades of Grey is reportedly getting some extra work done to its script, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Oscar-nominated writer Patrick Marber (Notes on a Scandal) has been brought in to polish up the script and do some character work. The move was reportedly made before the film’s star Charlie Hunnam exited the project.

Some rumors were swirling that Charlie decided to leave the project because he wasn’t happy with the script, written by Kelly Marcel. Sources say this is not correct and the script doctor was hired as a standard procedure and it is expected to be complete before production starts in November.

Actors who are on the contender list to play Christian Grey reportedly include Alexander Skarsgard, Theo James, Jamie Dornen, and Christian Cooke.
