Nicole Scherzinger: Dinner with Kelly & Sharon Osbourne!

Nicole Scherzinger is the center of attention while grabbing dinner at The Arts Club after a taping of X Factor on Sunday (October 13) in London, England.

The 35-year-old singer was joined by fellow X Factor judges Sharon Osbourne (with daughter Kelly), and Louis Walsh.
