Sam Palladio: Nashville Was the First Place in America I Saw!

Here is what the 26-year-old Nashville actor had to share with the mag:

On where he calls home: “I am based in Nashville actually. I got cast for the job having never been to America, so Nashville is literally the first place I’ve seen or lived here. Which I’m really pleased about, because Nashville is such a fantastic city, with this great creative music energy. Then there’s that Southern hospitality, you can’t beat that.”

On if he is an actor or musician first: “An actor foremost. I think people assume that music was, but acting was my first love – always. It’s just been very handy to have these music skills also.”

On working with Justin Timberlake in Runner, Runner: “Well he’s done it very well, hasn’t he? We did have a few chances to chat, with him being from Memphis just down the road, we talked about it a couple of times. I really admire the guy. He’s super multitalented in a way that not a lot of people are anymore. Watching his music career and his films, then these new Coen Bros. movies he’s doing as well. His advice was just ‘keep cracking, keep going hard in both areas.’ He’s the ultimate role model to have, really.”
