Dakota Fanning steps out in a patterned vest as she walks around the Soho area of New York City on Saturday (October 19).

The 19-year-old actress recently went out to lunch with veteran actor Richard Gere, 64! The duo, who were in town to film indie-flick Franny, ate at The Dandelion in Rittenhouse Square with a small group.
