Michelle Williams keeps herself warm with a cup of coffee while walking to school with her bundled up daughter Matilda on Monday (October 28) in New York City.

The 33-year-old actress and her eight-year-old daughter were joined by her mom Carla.

Later in the day, Michelle was spotted loading up her SUV with some shopping bags in the Big Apple. Perhaps, she was shopping for Matilda, who celebrates her birthday today. Happy Birthday Matilda!

I’m a Brooklynite and I know exactly where one of those pictures was taken–on Court Street in downtown Brooklyn. That’s also the area where most of Brooklyn’s best private schools are, so I’m not surprised.
