Kim Kardashian: 'I Am 50 Pounds Down' After Giving Birth!

Kim Kardashian flashes her giant engagement ring from fiance Kanye West while making an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Wednesday (October 30) in Burbank, Calif.

The 33-year-old reality star revealed that she is officially 50 pounds lighter after giving birth to daughter North West back on June 15.

“I’d say the greatest challenge of my life, to have gained 50 pounds, and actually I got on the scale today and it said that I am 50 pounds down so that made me like so excited,” Kim said.

Kim also talked about her infamous sexy selfie, her engagement ring, and having a destination wedding.
