Taylor Swift: 'Red' Live Performance at CMAs 2013 - Watch Now!

Taylor Swift strums a guitar in a black dress while performing at the 2013 Country Music Awards held at the Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday (November 6) in Nashville, Tenn.

The 23-year-old singer was joined on stage by country legends Alison Krauss and Vince Gill.

“I really wanted to present ‘Red’ in a different way, ’cause the song is completely one thing if you hear it produced on the radio, and then it’s a completely different song if you hear it the way that we’re doing it,” Taylor shared before the performance.

She added, “I knew that in order to showcase a different, more emotional part of the song, I wanted to bring in artists who completely bring their own flare to everything… Vince Gill and Alison Krauss, they’re two of my biggest heroes. “The music that they’ve made has influenced me so much, so to be sharing a stage with them is going to be – I’m sure – life-alteringly cool.”

During the ceremony, Taylor was honored with the CMA Pinnacle Award.
