Justin Bieber Charged with Vandalism After Spray Painting Graffiti

Justin Bieber has been charged with vandalism for being caught spray-painting graffiti during a recent stop in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The 19-year-old singer was reportedly charged after a three-day testimony was held with everyone involved, including photogs snapping him during the act, police officers, and security personnel, according to E!.

As a result, Justin will be forced to pay a fine, but will not face any jail time for the charge.
