Mark Wahlberg Blasts Actors Comparing Themselves to Soldiers

Mark Wahlberg holds his seven-year-old son Michael‘s hand while leaving Tom’s Toys with a bag full of goodies on Wednesday afternoon (November 13) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 42-year-old actor attended the AFI Fest premiere of his new movie Lone Survivor the night before and during the Q&A session, he blasted actors like Tom Cruise who have compared their work to “fighting in Afghanistan.”

“For actors to sit there and talk about ‘Oh I went to SEAL training,’ and I slept on the — I don’t give a f–k what you did,” Mark said. “You don’t do what these guys did. For somebody to sit there and say my job was as difficult as somebody in the military’s. How f–king dare you. While you sit in a makeup chair for two hours.”

“I don’t give a shi-t if you get your ass busted,” Mark continued. “You get to go home at the end of the day. You get to go to your hotel room. You get to order f–king chicken. Or your steak. Whatever the f–k it is.”
