Ben Affleck: 'Gone Girl' Adaptation is Faithful to the Book

Ben Affleck gives a smirk to the camera as he arrives at a studio in his classic Chevrolet Camaro on Saturday (November 23) in Los Angeles.

The 41-year-old actor recently opened up about his highly-anticipated upcoming film Gone Girl.

“I don’t want to give away too much, because if you know the book, you know that there are set of reveals that you would want to maintain the integrity of,” Ben told Entertainment Weekly. “But I will say that Gillian [Flynn] adapted it and I think it’s very, very faithful to her book. If you read the book and liked it, you will definitely like the movie.”

Gone Girl is currently filming, with an Oct. 3, 2014 slated release date.
