Jesse Metcalfe & Cara Santana Volunteer Before Cancun Trip!

Jesse Metcalfe volunteers at the North Texas Food Bank to help package meals for Thanksgiving on Wednesday (November 27) in Dallas, Tex.

The 34-year-old actor was joined by his longtime love Cara Santana, who he jetted off to Cancun with later in the day for a romantic Thanksgiving getaway.

“800,000 North Texans are food insecure. 1 in 4 children don’t know where their next meal is coming from. Please donate generously this holiday season at www.ntfb.org Just $1 buys 3 meals for hungry North Texans. #hungrytoday,” Jesse wrote on his Instagram account.

He later wrote about his vacation, saying “First night in Cancun with my baby @caraasantana and #Dexter. Such a beautiful resort!”
