Paul Walker Dead - Eyewitnesses Detail Car Crash Scene

Paul Walker tragically died in a fiery car crash on Saturday (November 30) and now some eyewitness reports tell a story about what happened at the scene of the accident.

The 40-year-old actor was in a red Porsche GT that crashed into a pole or tree around 3:30pm in the Rye Canyon Business Park of Santa Clarita, Calif.

“Him and his buddy, his brother in arms at heart just decided to joyride, take a spin. Something we all do. We’re all car enthusiasts. … We’re all here driving, enjoying each other, and God must’ve needed help,” Antonio Holmes, who said he was a friend of Paul, told the Santa Clarita Valley Signal. “We all heard from our location (the accident). It’s a little difficult to know what it was. Someone called it in and said it was a vehicle fire. We all ran around and jumped in cars and grabbed fire extinguishers and immediately went to the vehicle. It was engulfed in flames. There was nothing. They were trapped. Employees, friends of the shop. We tried. We tried. We went through fire extinguishers.”

“When we saw Paul and Roger leave, Paul was the passenger in the vehicle. They both were experienced drivers. This was just a tragic accident that happened on a joyride,” another eyewitness said.

The Los Angeles Country Fire Department spokesman said that the vehicle struck a light standard and the whole car was burned. Paul and the driver of the car were unable to get out of the car in time.

    Perhaps the most terrible way to die, burnt alive. May you rest in peace.

  • assman

    joyride movie reference??

  • Ladyb

    Dee, I seriously doubt he was alive when the car hit that light pole. Must have traveling at blazing speed…after all, it’s a Porsche.

    Actors especially those experience with cars don’t just simply get themselves in car crashes in Hollywood and those cars just don’t burn up like that nowadays. Fact. Odd but Not Surprising!

    I was shocked when I read about his death. Such terrible news. My prayers for his family. I’m sure his fellow cast members of the Fast & Furious franchise are hurting as well as his fans. I loved his role; he came across as a nice guy. Prayers also for the family of the other man in the car. For sure their lives were not in vain. Many memories will be shared by his family and friends. A person’s life is remembered in the hearts of those whose lives were touched because of knowing him.

    Jo, What I said was not dumb. A car travels at high speed and hits an object that caused the car to go up in flames. Most likely the passengers are dead on impact before it burst into flames. If the autopsy comes out, I doubt the cause of death is burns/smoke inhalation. It’s most likely going to be blunt force trauma/ meaning they died on impact. You are the one that sound dumb by thinking the fire is the actual accident but more dumb by calling me out. You can disagree with me without using the word “dumb”. RIP

  • RGame3

    Do you seriously not know what he meant with that sentence? He’s saying he died on the impact. Which I hope was true.

  • Mike

    @Haters Suck!:

    It was funny to me; go screw yourself. Hey ladies, I’m better looking than Paul Walker now. Who wants some? You stinky, ugly things you.

  • Mike

    If he were a racist like I am this never would have happened. I never would have been going to an event, pretending to care about some third-world Asians that had the misfortune of being hit by a hurricane (in reality just making some Jewish CEO of the charity more wealthy). Yeah he really cared about other people. That’s why he and his buddy were driving 200mph on a city street. Just another elitist moron. Goodbye.

  • Maverick

    @Haters Suck!: Go fuk yourself! Plain enough for you keyboard coward? Two good people died, have some respect & class! Rest In Peace Paul & Roger. So sad.

  • Maverick

    @Haters Suck: Sorry, I got so pissed @Mike I sent hate mail to you by mistake, I’M SORRY!

  • Maverick

    @Mike Go Fuk yourself! Is that plain enough you can undertand? You keyboard coward jackass. Two good people died in this, show some respect & class. Your nasty comment is completely uncalled for & disgusting. I pray a accident like this NEVER troubles your door.

    I am a gearhead and love two and four wheel fun machines. Obviously the reason is speed. We all love the thrill. It comes with a price and yet we still cannot escape it’s grasp. But you depend upon your skills, equipment and experience. I don’t think that either of them knew what happened. They were victims of there machine. This car had great capabilities and safety built in. I do believe they were alive when the impact occurred because of it. Which leaves me with two questions. What made them lose control? And the bigger question why were they not able to get out in time?

    A fellow gearhead who has lost another brother of speed.

    This is a loss not because of their fame or fortune. They were people who were victims of something that was not there fault. They may have contributed to the cause of the accident but it remains to be seen as to why the did not survive an accident that they should have survived.

  • Mike

    @Tony Jr:

    Well, lets see Tony Jr. Beaner driving a $300 K German-made sports car, that a sub-human like him should not even be allowed to look at, much less get up to 200 mph. What could possibly go wrong. Hey Maverick, sorry your boyfriend died.

  • jay

    @Dee: Well he died on impact so I don’t think he felt anything.

  • Barry MaCaukiner

    Coronor’s report issued on Wednesday. Rodas was killed instantly due to blunt force trauma. Walker died of “thermal injuries” in addition to blunt force trauma.

    Yep — he burned alive. Horrific. Unimaginable.

    Prayers for his daughter, family, and friends.

  • Mike

    @Barry MaCaukiner:

    Pray for yourself, Barry. The family is going to get all those ziobucks that he had. Take my word for it, Paul Walker (I didn’t even know who the idiot was before this—I don’t need to watch a diversity is our strength movie like the ones he made) would not have batted an eyelash, if he had heard you or I got cooked to death. Tens of thousands of people get killed in car accidents in America every year, and nearly all of them are of more value to society than these two clowns. Even a garbage man has a greater value to society, than this used to be pretty boy. Adios.
