Rita Ora is all bundled up while out and about on Tuesday (December 3) in London, England.

The next day, the 23-year-old English singer posted a picture of herself with Jay Z and wrote on Instagram, “Happy Birthday! 🎉🎉🎉🎉.”

Earlier in the week, Rita blew kisses at the camera while attending the 2013 British Fashion Awards After Party.
