Vin Diesel: Paul Walker's Mom Gave Me Strength After His Death

Vin Diesel has opened up about what he went through the night that his friend and colleague Paul Walker passed away last weekend.

“When I heard, I immediately flew back to California, and went directly from the plane to his mother’s house,” the 46-year-old Fast & Furious actor wrote on Facebook.

“I thought they needed my strength, but realized when I got there and broke down before his family, that it was I who needed theirs,” Vin added. “His mother hugged me and said I am so sorry… I said sorry? You’re the mother who lost a son?… She said yes, but you lost your other half…”

Earlier in the week, Vin went to the crash site for a private memorial and took a moment to speak to fans paying their respects.
