22 'Bachelor Nation' Couples Still Together, Ranked by Longest Relationships (#1 Couple Wins with 19 Years!)

With every new season of a show in the Bachelor Nation franchise, fans are usually wondering which couples from former editions of The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, and Bachelor in Paradise are still together.

Most of the couples that have emerged from the shows have not stayed together, but there are quite a few that actually are still going strong and very happy. There are even several babies that have been born recently!

We’ve found 22 couples that are still together as of 2022 and we’ve ranked them based on who has been together the longest. There’s a big tie for 15th place since seven couples from Bachelor in Paradise‘s most recent season are still together. The couple in first place has been together for 19 years!
