Heidi Klum flashes a thumbs up while posing for pictures and giving the gift of creativity with Truly Scrumptious for Babies “R” Us and Paper and Pencil by FiftyThree at Children’s Hospital on Tuesday (December 17) in Los Angeles.

The night before, the 40-year-old Project Runway host was red hot while attending the Under The Gunn Finale Fashion Show, where she posed with Neil Patrick Harris on the red carpet.

    These visits are so meaningless when most celebs just do them to take pictures with sick kids and put said pics on their social networking accounts. It’s like it’s not for the good of just doing it anymore. Pictures have to be taken, the world needs to know, and the celebrity needs to get unnecessary attention for doing something “good.” SMH.
