Niall Horan looks dapper as he leaves the Gary Barlow New Year’s Eve Concert at Westminster City Hall on Tuesday night (December 31) in London, England.

The 20-year-old One Direction singer was followed closely behind by his rumored girlfriend Barbara Palvin.
