Gisele Bundchen & Baby Vivian Leave Chilly Boston Together

Gisele Bundchen wraps her 13-month-old baby girl Vivian in her sweater while preparing to head out of town with a cart full of luggage on Monday (January 6) in Boston, Mass.

The 33-year-old model is on her way to New York City to tape an appearance on tonight’s episode of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.
