Sean Penn Escorted to Car By Armed Sheriff After Dinner Out

Sean Penn walks outside of Craig’s restaurant after dinner to a mob scene of fans on Monday (January 6) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 53-year-old actor was escorted by an armed LA County Sheriff to get safely to his car, which was a few steps outside the restaurant.

Deputies reportedly responded to a call from the restaurant at 11:08pm saying that the entrance to the property was being blocked, preventing patrons from entering and exiting, according to TMZ.

Sean and his rumored new girlfriend Charlize Theron were spotted going on a coffee run together.
