Julianne Hough: Ready to Make Habits in 2014!

Julianne Hough lets out a huge laugh as she leaves the Cartier store and heads to her SUV on Monday (January 20) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 25-year-old actress was joined by a gal pal for her shopping trip!
