I don’t know who her trainer is, or if she has one, but she’s over working her legs and neglecting her core and upper body. She does seem to have lost much of her bloat, could she be abstaining from booze? Recent evidence says not.

My god she’s so ugly!

I´m happy to see her again ! She looks beautiful and sporty, yep !
***
And she looks very sexy in this highest heels, yep ! And her legs are beautiful !
***
I like her necklace and this silver soul-cycle bag, yep !
***
Her quote of the day on whosay:
People will forget what you said. People will forget what you did. But people will never forget how you made them feel.”
***
Now, what do I think about this quote ?
Well, ah … I think there is a certain indestructable connection between what has been said and/or done on the one side and how this makes the peaple feel. Especially if the feeling is a very intensive one.
To put it into a single formula:
Information (what has been said) and/or done
+ Emotion (as a result)
= EMFORMATION as an indestructable and unique unit.
The stronger the emotion, the more indestructable the connection will be.
The result is, that people will remember very well, what has been said and what has been done, if their emotional reactions had reached a certain kind of degree of intensity.
They can remember in two ways:
1st way: They get this specific emotion (because it´s connected in a subtle way with the information) and then they associate (=remember) the information (what has been said and/or done).
2nd way: They hear about the information and then they associate (=remember) to the emotion. They remember the emotion, which they had at the first time, when they experienced the information (what has been said and/or done).
***
Of course, as long as this EMFORMATION have a low degree of emotional intensity (no matter if it´s a negative or a positive emotion),
they will be forgotten easier. That means, that the unity of information and emotion will be separated – just like this quote is saying it. And then they will be only a litte emotion left. And then it´s: “But people will never forget how you made them feel.”
***
But, like I´ve said, if this EMFORMATION has a higher degree of emotional intensity, then its informational aspect (what has been said and/or done) can be remembered very clearly. Then it´s: “People will never forget what you said. People will never forget what you did.”
A good example for this would be the Post-Traumatic-Stress-Disorder (PTSD) of the vietnam veterans, yep. This is an extraordinary EMFORMATION with the highest emotional intensity possible.
***
Of course, the EMFORMATION itself can be increased, too.
If the information about the Emformation (= the experience) is repeated often enough – by media or even in the mind of the person, who participated (like always recitating a movie-scene, that has been played already) – then the emotion will be increased immensly.
And repeating can go in 2 ways:
1rst: How Often “O” is it repeated ?
2nd: How long is the Continuity “C” of repeatings ?
Then we´ll get this formula about intensity of emformation:
Intensity (per month for example) = O (how often) x C (Continuity of repeatings (like a “mantraization” in the mind)
***
Finally, the big question is: About what kind of incident is Reese reflecting? Answer: I think it´s the DUI-incident, whatelse !
***
“The quote of the day” make the people remember the DUI-incident. As they have remembered, it´s like a forced repeating. The more often they will remember, the less they will forget this incindent.
***
But they should also remember, that Reese did NOT drive this snake lines. It was Jim. He was responsible!
And they should remember, that she spoke under the influence of alcohol. She got surprised by the snake-lines and there was the influence of a bit alcohol. Only therefore she said this uncontrollable things. She was not herself at that day. THAT´S THE POINT .
THIS MUST BE THE INFORMATION, that SHOLD BE REMEMBERED when they remember the FEELING. THIS ALL SHOULD BE THE WHOLE EMFORMATION.
And then they will forgive her. And then they will leave this incident behind.
***
Obviously Reese has the fear, that people could not forgive her.
That´s why she´s citating this qhote. She´s afraid, that a negative emotion about her will be left and that this negative emotion will not go away.
***
But Reese, most people will forgive you, as long as they see and remember the EMFORMATION like I´ve described it, I think.
***
My heart will always beat for yours, Reese.
***
1000-SUNS-POWER-FOREVERRRRRRRRRRRRReese, yep !
***
And anyway … nobodies perfect … what did you expect ?
Most important is, that we regret the “mistakes” we made.
And that we will do it better next time.
We are no machines, we´re human beings !
And Reese does regret it, I´m sure.
REESE HAS A GREAT CONSCIENCE.
***
I´m sure, that Jim regrets his greater mistake, too.
