Josh Duhamel Advocated for Rescue Dogs at Sundance
Josh Duhamel steps out in an LA Lakers t-shirt to grab some breakfast on Wednesday (January 22) in Brentwood, Calif.
The 41-year-old actor was at the 2014 Sundance Film Festival a few days earlier, where he teamed up with Pedigree to launch a new storytelling campaign at The Sky Lodge in Park City, Utah.
“A lot of dogs in shelters are neglected, underfed and maybe aren’t ready to be part of family so this is all about what good food can do,” Josh told Fox. “Pedigree has been donating food to shelters across the country. I’m a big advocate of pet adoption.”
Josh also commented that he wished President Obama had rescued a dog instead of buying from a breeder.
“I’m sure they had to go through the whole vetting process of what dog would have fit perfectly in the White House…It’s too bad. It would have brought a lot of awareness to rescuing,” Josh added.
FYI: Josh is wearing a Junk Food Clothing x NBA t-shirt.
