Scooter Braun to Justin Bieber: I Love You and Truly Care

Music manager Scooter Braun has spoken out for the first time since his artist Justin Bieber‘s DUI arrest on Thursday (January 23) in Miami, Fla.

“@justinbieber love you and i will act in the manner of someone who truly cares. that is all I have to say. thanks for all those concerned,” Scooter wrote on his Twitter account. He later posted a quote on his Instagram page that read “What defines us is how well we rise after falling.”

Scooter was able to get his spirits lifted that evening by his other artists Ariana Grande and Tori Kelly, who performed a duet at the MTV Artist to Watch concert that night.

“@ToriKelly @ArianaGrande thanks girls i needed that smile,” he wrote after the show.

UPDATE: Scooter later added this message: “Been a long day. Bottom line is we are defined by how we handle adversity. Be there when it counts. Love fully in good times and bad.”
