Heidi Klum is a stunning white and black beauty while making an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Friday (January 24) in Burbank, Calif.

“I love you so much Jay ! 24 appearances on your show …..I will forever be grateful #jayleno #biggestfan,” the 40-year-old Project Runway tweeted on the same day about the host, who will have his final show on February 6.
