Mark Wahlberg: 'Highway to Heaven' Reboot Developed by A&E!

Mark Wahlberg suits up while filming scenes for his upcoming flick The Gambler on Friday (January 24) in Los Angeles.

Earlier in the week, the 42-year-old actor was dapper in black while walking on the set of the film.

It was recently announced that A&E will be developing Mark‘s executive produced reboot project Highway to Heaven, which centers on “an angel sent down to earth to help troubled souls.”

    NO! NO! NO! WTF?! Mark Wahlberg doesn’t have what it take to replace Michael Landon on any level. This is just another reason to cancel my cable. A&E must be losing their minds.

    No! This one you can’t do a remake for. You just can’t! Mark Wahlberg will never be like Michael Landon and his part is irreplaceable to ever replace. Landon wasn’t like that only on the set of highway to heaven, he was like that in real life. Always helping people and donating money. Attednunf camps and spending all his free time to be with those people and help them get better. Were talking about two different guys here. Nope. Even if you can can find a replacement, it won’t do any good because their are no good actors around like Michael Landon worth the part.
