Chris Brown: No Jail Time, But Must Stay in Rehab For Washington D.C. Assault Case

Chris Brown and his girlfriend Karrueche Tran are a serious couple while heading to the courthouse on Monday (February 3) in Los Angeles.

During the court hearing, a judge turned down a motion to put the 24-year-old singer into jail for his altercation with a man in Washington, D.C. in October last year.

Instead, the judge encouraged that Chris stay in a rehab program for his good behavior and continued progress.

Chris, who has already completed 191 of 1,000 hours of community labor service, is scheduled to return to court on Friday, February 28 for an update with the judge on his progress.
