Super Bowl 2014 Ratings: 96.88 Million Viewers, Down from Last Year

The ratings for the 2014 Super Bowl are in and a total of 96.88 million viewers tuned in to watch the big game on Fox, which is down 4.71% from last year.

In the all important 18-49 demo, the game pulled in a 34.4 rating and 67 share. That means that 34.4 percent of all people in the demo with televisions were tuned in while 67% of people actually watching television while the game aired were tuned in.

Following the big game, the new episode of New Girl was watched by a massive 25.8 million viewers, while 14.8 million people tuned in to watch Golden Globe winner Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
