Hailee Steinfeld Caught Smoking? Don't Worry, It's Fake!

Hailee Steinfeld and her co-star Emile Hirsch work on a scene for their upcoming movie Ten Thousand Saints on Tuesday (February 4) in downtown New York City.

The 17-year-old Oscar-nominated actress was seen smoking a cigarette on set, but don’t worry. It was just a movie prop!

The flick, set in 1980s New York City, follows Vermont teenager Jude (Asa Butterfield), who moves in with his hippie dad (Ethan Hawke) in NYC after his best friend Teddy overdoses. There, he falls in with the no drugs, no sex, no meat straight-edge hardcore punk scene of the East Village.
