Simon Cowell and his girlfriend Lauren Silverman have welcomed their first child together, according to TMZ!

The 54-year-old X Factor judge flew into New York right before his 36-year-old girlfriend gave birth to a baby boy at Lenox Hill Hospital.

Last summer, it was reported that Simon has expecting with Lauren, who was going through a divorce from New York real estate mogul Andrew Silverman, a friend of Simon‘s.

This is the first child for Simon and Lauren‘s second son.
