Yay! Congratulations to the little new family! And what a beautful name too. They really avoided the celebrity baby name trap, and went straight for a classic. Love it!

Love this couple…have had a crush on him forever.
Congrats to them. The name is not my favorite, but old fashioned names are back again…

Love this couple! Not sure about the name; it’s a bit too old, along with Mildred, Priscilla, Mabel, etc., but they may make it cute again! Congrats to them!

@Maria: No way would I put Hazel among those old-fashioned names. Hazel is very classic.

congrats to them. I remember when Julia Roberts named her daughter Hazel, everyone hated the name, said it was too old lady.. now it is more accepted it seems.

Congratulations.

Good news.

Hazel is a beautiful name.

I like the name.

thats great. congratulation.

@Stephanie: LOOOL, at the beginning I was confused.

Maybe born in California, like almost all actors have their children in California and lose their culture.

I wrote an article for Nameberry predicting celeb baby names & I guessed that they might use Hazel! I think it’s such a sweet vintage name and I can’t wait to find out what middle they picked!
