Bryan Cranston is such a superior actor. I’m sure he will bring a lot of realism to the film. I just hope the director does this film justice. Actually, I’m kind of sorry they have redone this one. The creature is not that interesting and the 1998 film seems still fresh in my mind . I personally want to see a very skilled director like James Cameron or Steven Spielberg tackle “Gargantua” or “The Gargoyles.” Those creatures were scarier and the films were made so long ago. It’s time for remakes. I just don’t want to see amateur directors ruining them.

This looks awesome. The casting of Cranston as the scientist who gets it before anyone else is an interesting choice. Glad that Ken Watanabe is in this to give a nod to the Japanese origin of Godzilla.
