Zooey Deschanel's 'New Girl' & Mindy Kaling's 'Mindy Project' Get Early Renewals From Fox!

Zooey Deschanel‘s hit show New Girl has been renewed for a fourth season by Fox!

The 34-year-old actress’ show is not the only one to get an early renewal, Mindy Kaling‘s show The Mindy Project, Kevin Bacon‘s The Following, and Andy Samberg‘s show Brooklyn Nine-Nine were also renewed!

These four shows have joined other Fox scripted series that already have been picked up for next season, such as freshman drama Sleepy Hollow, veteran Bones, and Glee, which will end after its sixth season.
