Amy Poehler: 'Movies Are Dumb & TV is Awesome!'

Amy Poehler steps out with a gal pal to get in some shopping on Thursday (March 13) in West Hollywood, Calif.

Earlier in the week, the 42-year-old Parks and Recreation actress stepped out at the 2014 Television Academy’s Hall Of Fame Induction Gala, where she spoke on stage to the large crowd.

“Movies are dumb, and TV is awesome. If we take away anything from the night, let’s all remember that TV is better than film and everybody knows it,” Amy said to the crowd on stage (via EW). LOL!
