she’s so annoying

very annoying….

Oh, something like Gaga’s charity. Yay?

# 4

Really? Flip flops and cut offs? Is she going to the beach? I know she’s “down to earth” and stuff, but she could have at least worn jeans and ballet flats if she wanted to be casual. Promoting a movie is part of your job and you shouldn’t represent like that. Even her mother wore a dress…

I was at the Toronto premiere of Divergent and she wore a friggin’ sweater. It wasn’t even a nice sweater. The girl has no fashion sense, she could seriously use a stylist and put a little more effort into it

its great that she started a charity with her mum but how many screenings/premieres are they going to have for this film. they are really over promoting this film, I hope it does well after all this marketing.

I totally imagined Dakota Fanning in this role. And what’s up with the leather? she always bragged how she is saving water and eating vegan..and everyone else should too… hypocrite.

@Kelly: You sound vapid.

@ee: It could be, uh, faux leather?

# 9

@ee: Uhm she never talked about saving water? She says she drinks spring water because it’s more pure than the water you usually drink. And she never said she was a vegan either.

@ee: There’s no way she could be vegan. She wears leather shoes all the time and if that’s an AllSaints jacket it’s made of lamb nappa leather. @Kelly: I just looked that up and while it’s not a cute outfit, it’s still much more “professional” than her ripped shorts and flip flops. I do agree she needs a stylist though.

Tom & Lorenzo’s site summed it up best:

But this is really bad and there’s absolutely no excusing it. This would look trashy on any girl walking down the street, so why should we think it’s okay for a public event where your picture will be taken, money/awareness will be raised for charity and your hundred-million-dollar movie will be screened? People don’t like when we say this, but it’s disrespectful to show up at an event like this, even a casual event. This is a look for doing beer bongs with her sorority sisters; not for a time and place where you’re trying to make some sort of impression on people.

Put it this way: If she worked in a convenience store ringing up smokes and lottery tickets, she could be sent home or fired for showing up to work like this. So why would we think it’s okay for her to dress this way for an event? Sorry. We don’t see this as a cheeky thumbing of the nose at the Hollywood image machine (which is almost certainly how it will be defended). She just looks trashy.

She doesn’t have to wear a skirt, or heels, or a bra or makeup if she doesn’t want to, but she DOES have to make some effort to look presentable for the public. It’s part of her job. Tonight, at this event, it’s the ENTIRETY of her job.

The screening is for her own charity, she can wear what ever she wants too. She look great …..

stop with the hand signs… she has nothing to do with the meaning of it
