Rita Ora Shows Off Tattoo in Topless Sexy 'Elle UK' Cover!

Rita Ora goes topless on the cover of Elle UK magazine’s May 2014 issue, out on newsstands on April 3!

“It’s based on an original piece by Alberto Vargas, who was an incredible illustrator in the 1930s. He was one of the creators of the pin-up image. That’s our build, our power,’ the 23-year-old English singer shared about the large tattoo near her breast in the mag.

She added, “That’s why I was obsessed with it; learning what men don’t understand about women and what women don’t understand about men. I was obsessed with the painting a long time ago, and then I got it done six months ago.”

Rita reiterated, “I just love pretty things, whether it is art, a song or a pair of shoes.”

She’s nothing special OMG she’s a gorgeous girl, but her music isn’t nothing special at all well in my personal opinion it isn’t only speaking for me, but I don’t see the appeal yes she is attractive but her music isn’t all that spectacular!

Rita strikes me as one of those women who thinks of themselves as artsy, trend-setting and very classy. But in reality most people don’t see the appeal and their art/music/whatever is mediocre at best.
