Dianna Agron wears a dress with an interesting pattern while stepping out on Thursday afternoon (April 3) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 27-year-old actress was at an event the night before and she met up with Scandal star Katie Lowes. The two ladies both play television characters with the same name – Quinn!
