Anna Kendrick Spoofs '90s Nickelodeon in Cut 'SNL' Sketch!

Anna Kendrick Spoofs '90s Nickelodeon in Cut 'SNL' Sketch!

We sure wish this sketch aired during Anna Kendrick‘s episode of Saturday Night Live, but we’re glad we still get to watch it now!

In the skit, the 28-year-old actress played a character named Tessa on the fake ’90s Nickelodeon show called Zap!, which kind of looks like the old school PBS show Zoom.

A television host, played by Beck Bennett, looks back at the fake show and says that thanks to the producers of it, the cast had a bad drug problem, which became obvious when episodes were no longer G-rated.

In case you missed it, check out Anna‘s opening monologue!

Only a true give-or-take 19ish year-old could play a real 19ish looking Hollywood sensation in some kind of a three-way Sailor Dog FFer sex-cult movie co-starring Miley Cyrus.
Think Ariana Grande meets Hailee Steinfeld.
Who are not even the two 19 year-olds who live up the street from David Lynch’s three houses. But they will do for now.

Correction: Last night Jesus informed me that the age of consent is more like 16, not 14. But there are the occasional freaky girl exceptions.

Um, this a parody of ZOOM! from PBS obviously. :)
