Zach Braff's 'Wish I Was Here' Debuts Star-Studded First Trailer - Watch Now

Zach Braff‘s Kickstarter funded film Wish I Was Here has just debuted its first trailer.

The second directorial venture for the 39-year-old entertainer, the film, which premiered at the 2014 Sundance Film Festival, also stars Kate Hudson, Joey King, Jim Parsons, Mandy Patinkin, Josh Gad and Ashley Greene.

The film is about Aidan Bloom, a struggling actor, father and husband, who at 35 is still trying to find his identity; a purpose for his life. He winds up trying to home school his two children when his father can no longer afford to pay for private education and the only available public school is on its last legs. Through teaching them about life his way, Aidan gradually discovers some of the parts of himself he couldn’t find.

Wish I Was Here is set to be released in select theaters on July 18, before getting nationwide release on July 25. Be sure to check it out!
