Lily Aldridge & Daughter Dixie Pose for Born Free Africa Campaign!

Lily Aldridge poses for a photo with her adorable 22-month-old daughter Dixie to help support the Born Free Africa Campaign.

Born Free is a private sector-led initiative with one goal: to end the transmission of HIV from mothers to their children by December 31, 2015.

Also posing for the campaign is fellow Victoria’s Secret model Doutzen Kroes and her three-year-old son Phyllon.
