Kelly Osbourne Is Chic in Studs for Radio Disney Music Awards 2014!

Kelly Osbourne wears a studded top while walking the red carpet at the 2014 Radio Disney Music Awards held at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Saturday (April 26) in Los Angeles.

“getting ready for the #RDMAs!!! I’m so excited to be presenting an award tonight!” the 29-year-old television personality tweeted before the show.

“So happy to have already run into my girl Zendaya! So far she is defiantly the best dress girl I have seen tonight! #RDMAs,” Kelly later wrote on her Instagram account.
