Charlize Theron & Sean Penn Are 'Not Engaged Yet'

According to People, friends of the couple “wouldn’t be surprised” by a proposal, but added, “She’s not engaged – yet.”

Earlier in the day, Charlize tried to go incognito in a hoodie as she left the gym after taking a Soul Cycle class in West Hollywood.
