James Franco Documentary in the Works & Nearly Complete!

James Franco leaves the Today show studios in his shades and leather jacket on Wednesday (May 14) in New York City.

It was just revealed that the 36-year-old Palo Alto star has been the subject of a documentary, Franco: A Documentary, for the past year, The Wrap reports!

The cameras began following James around back in June of 2013. The film is being helmed by first-time director Lisa Vangellow and will follow his “controversial exploits in academia and the art world, as well as touch on his conventional film career and Broadway debut.”
