Miley Cyrus is lip-tastic on stage performing live in concert at the Manchester Phones4U Arena on Wednesday night (May 14) in Manchester, England.

The night before, the 21-year-old entertainer hit the Neighborhood restaurant for her mom Tish‘s birthday.
