Nicole Richie goes stark white for the #Girlboss, From Thief To Chief conversation event at Barnes & Noble bookstore at The Grove on Monday (May 12) in Los Angeles.

The 32-year-old fashion designer was joined by the book’s author Sophia Amoruso, who she sat down with to have a conversation for the packed crowd.
