It is being reported that the 33-year-old actor is in the market for a $3.75 million townhouse in the Tribeca neighborhood. He was one of many who were spotted at the property’s open house event over the weekend, according to the New York Post.

The townhouse is a three-bedroom, three-story building that has six wood burning fireplaces and even a private garden. This is the first time the property has been up for sale in more than 40 years!
