Rachel Bilson Brings Some 'Hart' to the CW Upfronts 2014!

Rachel Bilson keeps it cute in a colorful dress as she steps out for The CW Network’s 2014 Upfront Presentation held at The London Hotel on Thursday morning (May 15) in New York City.

The 32-year-old Hart of Dixie star wore a Mary Katrantzou dress with Bionda Castana shoes.
